CT1 Construction sealant wears the Crown of the Ultimate Construction Sealant. Why so? Well if we look at the sealants available that proclaim to be Construction Sealants.

Typically the sealant of choice is a silicone sealant varying in grade to meet various applications e.g. a high flexible grade sealant to seal expansion joints in brick or concrete. CT1 Sealant is a Unique Hybrid Polymer that contains no solvents or toxic components therefore will never shrink. CT1 Sealant remains flexible up to 350% but remains strong. CT1 is impervious to U.V Heat and most chemicals resulting in a permanent Seal thus eliminating snags.
